Welcome to Umratee. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our platform. Umratee is a digital platform providing independent Umrah visa application processing services for Indonesian citizens planning to perform Umrah independently to Saudi Arabia. We work with PPIU (Umrah Travel Organizers) officially licensed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia to process your visa application.

1. Definitions

- "Umratee" refers to the platform and services provided through the website umratee.com - "User" is an individual using Umratee services to submit an Umrah visa application - "Services" include document validation, hotel verification, visa application processing, and status notifications - "PPIU Partner" is an officially licensed Umrah Travel Organizer that processes your visa - "Documents" include passport, flight ticket booking, hotel booking, and other supporting documents

2. Services Provided

Umratee provides the following services:

- Document validation (passport, flight tickets, hotel booking) - Hotel compliance verification with the Saudi Arabia Nusuk system - Data consistency checks (name, dates, number of guests) - Umrah visa application submission to officially licensed PPIU partners - Visa processing status update notifications via WhatsApp and email - Consultation and customer support assistance via WhatsApp

Important Note: Umratee is a technology platform that facilitates the application process. The final decision on visa approval or rejection rests with the Saudi Arabian government.

3. User Obligations

As an Umratee user, you are required to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information - Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the departure date - Have a valid round-trip flight ticket booking - Have a hotel booking registered in the Saudi Arabia Nusuk system - Upload documents in a format and quality that is clearly readable - Ensure the name on the passport, ticket, and hotel is 100% identical - Meet all Umrah visa requirements set by the Saudi Arabian government - Complete full payment before the application is submitted to the PPIU partner - Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login information

Warning: Inaccurate information or forged documents may result in visa rejection and/or legal sanctions under applicable regulations in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing Structure Umratee service fee: - Total: Rp 3,500,000 per person (inclusive of document validation and WhatsApp consultation)

Prices may change at any time. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you make payment.

4.2. Payment Methods We accept payment through: - Virtual Account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata) - E-wallet (GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA) - QRIS

Payments are processed through Midtrans, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Umratee does not store your credit card or bank account information.

4.3. Payment Confirmation After successful payment, you will receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp within a maximum of 15 minutes. Your visa application will be submitted to the PPIU partner after payment is verified.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Full Refund (100%) You are entitled to a 100% refund under the following conditions: - Cancellation before submission: If you cancel the application before it is submitted to the PPIU partner (maximum 1 hour after payment)

5.2. No Refund Refunds do NOT apply under the following conditions: - User document error: Visa rejected due to inaccurate information, incomplete documents, or forged documents provided by the user - Change of travel plans: User cancels Umrah plans for personal reasons (illness, change of mind, family issues, etc.) - Application already submitted: After the application has been submitted to the PPIU partner - Visa rejected due to track record: Visa rejection due to immigration reasons, overstay history, or legal issues in other countries - Visa rejected due to Saudi policy: Rejections resulting from Saudi Arabian government policy - Force majeure: Natural disasters, war, pandemic, or circumstances beyond Umratee's control that prevent continuation of service

5.3. Refund Request Procedure To submit a refund request: 1. Send an email to umrateehq@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Order Number]" 2. Include your order number, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (if any) 3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days 4. If approved, funds will be returned to your account within 7–14 business days 5. You will receive a confirmation email after the refund is processed

5.4. Refund Method Refunds will be returned via the same method as the original payment. If not possible, we will transfer to a bank account in the same name as the visa applicant.

6. Visa Processing and Timelines

6.1. Processing Times - Document validation: Completed after submission review - Visa processing: 7–14 business days after payment

Processing times may be longer during Hajj/Umrah peak season or special circumstances.

6.2. Status Notifications You will receive update notifications via WhatsApp and email for every status change: - Payment received - Application submitted to PPIU - Currently being processed - Visa approved / rejected - Visa ready for download

6.3. Visa Result Approved visas will be available for download through your dashboard in PDF format. You are responsible for printing the visa and carrying it during your journey.

7. Limitation of Liability

Umratee is NOT responsible for:

- Visa approval or rejection decisions by the Saudi Arabian government - Sudden changes in Saudi Arabia's visa policy - Processing delays beyond our control (government system issues, public holidays, etc.) - Financial losses due to ticket or hotel cancellation because of visa rejection - Immigration issues at departure or arrival airports - Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the user - Force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)

Recommendation: We advise against purchasing non-refundable flight tickets or non-refundable hotel bookings until your visa has been approved.

8. Privacy and Data Security

8.1. Data Collection We collect and store the following data: - Personal information (name, date of birth, passport number, contact details) - Travel documents (passport photo, flight booking, hotel booking) - Payment data (transaction number, payment method — without storing card details) - Communications with customer support

8.2. Data Usage Your data is used to: - Process your Umrah visa application - Communicate regarding application status - Provide customer support - Fulfill legal obligations

8.3. Data Security We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data. Access to personal data is restricted to employees who require it to process your application.

8.4. Data Sharing Your data is only shared with: - PPIU partners for visa processing - Payment gateway (Midtrans) for payment processing - Authorities when required by law

We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Umratee platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, code, and software, is the property of Umratee and protected by Indonesian copyright law.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Umratee reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications. By continuing to use our services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms and conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2. Mediation If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing legal action.

11.3. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be settled at the South Jakarta District Court.

Agreement to Terms By using Umratee services, registering an account, or making a payment, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
